Meditation is a great way to stay mentally healthy. In fact, studies have shown that regular meditation practices lower stress, increase focus, and reduce brain chatter. The meditation challenge consists of a commitment to meditating for 10 minutes a day for 10 days. Jason Stephenson has some great (short and long) meditations on YouTube that are easy to access for all. He has a couple for beginners, some to promote better sleep, as well as some longer segments if one really likes meditation.
