Aaron Winik is a long-time special educator and instructional leader with expertise in school culture initiatives, instructional planning, and systems analysis. In the past, he has helped open schools focusing on therapeutic structures and restorative practices that support the entire child and community. Aaron joined the ESS team in 2022 and collaborates with districts to build school-based mental health programs in New Jersey and Long Island, New York that best fits their mental health and behavioral health needs as a learning community. He has a master’s degree in special education and a master’s in educational leadership/organizational development from Wagner College.
