Dan Lemond joined ESS in 2012 and has over twenty years of experience in various mental health settings.  Prior to his role as Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships Dan served as an Executive Clinical Director and Regional Director overseeing programming across northern New Jersey.  His experience with direct service delivery for ESS enhances his ability to assist prospective partners in identifying ways to meet the mental health needs of their students.  Dan has a MA in Clinical Counseling and Psychology and is the owner of a private therapy practice in New Jersey.
