“Cope-Cakes” is a fun activity that can be one as a family, or individually to identify coping skills and needs. To make it extra fun, families can work together to make a batch of cupcakes (all while working on effective communication, positive regard, and so much more). Each ingredient added can represent a different coping skill, and cupcakes can be decorated to reflect different emotions and feeling states.
