Notes of Positivity

This is a lovely practice to incorporate into your end of day/week rituals:
• Take time to sit quietly and reflect upon your day/week
• Write a positive note (this can be as short or as long as you wish) to yourself recognizing something you accomplished
• Read the note to yourself, and save it for later reflection
